Allergic Reaction To Food?

I am pretty sure I have developed some sort of allergy to a lot of the foods that I have eaten all of my life. It seems that I have become intolerant to gluten, certain dairy products, and soy. Anyways, today I consumed gluten free, dairy free cookies and had a reaction right away. I wasn't sure what had caused it until I read the label. It contained soy and I did not know that before consuming it. My question is, What are some good foods to put into my body as I continue my day? With the reaction I have had severe diarrhea and I'm not sure if eating is a good idea or not? Any info would help out!

Can I Play Sports After Oral Surgery?

I had oral surgery on Thursday. Its been 6 days since I had it. It still hurts a little, but it depends on what I'm doing. It hurts to talk. I have basketball practice every day of the week from 3:30 to 5:30. Also, this is my last week of soccer for the season, and soccer is tuesday and thursday from 5 to 6:30. I have a soccer game saturday. I'm going back to school tomorrow for my first day since Wednesday. Will I be ok for these sports? Btw we practice HARD in basketball. I mean REALLY HARD. Should I go?

Why Am I Thirsty All The Time?

lately i have been really thirsty all the time
which is weird for me because usually i only drink
1/4 a bottle of water a day, but now i am guzzling water.
my friend looked it up online and said it could be
diabetes.
but im not tired, im not - urinating a lot, so i didn't think that's it
is it just dehydration? or is it something else?
