How Long Will Braces Have To Stay In If Your Teeth Are Pretty Straight But The 2 Top Canine Teeth Stick Out?
The teeth behind those canines are also a little inwards so I think that's why the canines are really out there and won't go back..I just want to know how long i will need braces?
Forever - My teeth were like yours, but my two upper canine teeth were about a millimeter forward. The main reason I wore braces was to fix my 4-7mm overbite, but we decided that we also could fix my canines.
The canines were the first part that were fixed. It took about 2-4 months, but the wires also pushed other teeth in and out, which is normal, as teeth first worsen then straighten. I've had braces since April. My bite was fixed in August. But I'm wearig them a bit longer to fix fine details and to ensure that my teeth get used to their new positions so they don't move back fast. I'm removing mine in the upcoming months.
<3 - My teeth were like that...but much worse. I had my braces on for about a year and a half
