Whats A Good Diet & Exercise Plan?

396545382 So I weigh 222 pounds & im only 5'4.. I need major help on how to eat right, how often I should exercise.

  2. Jaysin - A TEA DIET! If you want to lose weight you need to force yourself to be on this one. DRINK ONLY TEA, (mostly green tea) and drink lots of water.
