Why We Peel The Skin Of Almond?

396545389 We soak almond in night and in morning we remove skin before we eat, what is the reason behind? Can we eat with skin also? What is the benefit of removing skin of almond after soaking

    we do blanching(skin removal of almond) due to it has some enzyme inhibitor action and as you know not good in taste.
