396545381 Hi, I'm 14 and sometimes I feel that the bottom front row teeth are very weak. It shakes a little and I'm afraid that I will lose these teeth. Help please?

  1. ItzLetishaG - Try a drink lots of milk, use a good toothpaste that strengthens teeth, and dont eat a lot of sweets.

    Hope this helped. x

  2. Sam - both of my front teeth and bottom row or weak and wobble.
you can stop chewing so hard, maybe you clench your teeth without knowing it
or maybe you just keep your jaws closed which is normal
but if you keep your jaws open a little more (not to the point where your mouth is open) it'll put less stress on the teeth.
you can go to the dentist and ask for a mouth guard for your bottoms. mine cost $50
eat less sweets, less junk food and more vegetables and vitamin C and lots of milk & protein
or your teeth could be growing and trying to adjust.
if you dont like any of these options, then just tell the dentist about it and they may have a solution for you

  3. Sadsongs - Make sure you're not clenching hard or grinding teeth without realising. Increase your calcium intake by drinking fresh milk, Avoid sugary drinks through the day, don't eat sweets unless you can brush soon afterwards, Get an electric toothbrush and follow the instructions carefully.

First though, get to a dentist. If teeth are a bit loose then it's possible to firm them up. If there's an underlying problem it will only get worse without treatment.

Finally, don't smoke. I did and I have the dentures to show for it.
