hi i seem to go to bed and wake up with a load of whiteheads or spots around my mouth area, this is the only place i really get them, below the lips/ above the chin area, sometimes , it seems usually after shaveing or the couple of days that follow that i could go out and by the time i come back after 10 hours or something could have some whiteheads appearedjust wanted to know if any1 knows why they just crop up like that and how to prevent them?
so how can you prevent them?

ReplyDeleteCait - Theyre probably ingrown hairs. Beards and mustache hair is thick and somtimes can curl... when you get a very close shave your hair will start to grow back but curl under the skin which causes an infection. Somtimes if you pop the whitehead you can see a hair inside of it and remove it with a tweezer. Just make sure you exfoliate good after your shave (facial scrubs)
