How To Lose 20kg In 6 Months?

396545382 im 13, weigh 67 kilos, and I'm 5'5 or 5'6 ahahha I'm not completely sure :/ either 165cm or 167cm
iw want to weigh 47 kilos, and i really want to do it by my birthday (june) except if it would be possible to do it quicker then that, then please let me know how! :D i don't care if people say its not healthy, honestly i don't care. I'm not looking for a crash diet but I'm also not looking for whats considered a "healthy" way to lose weight. if that makes sense. i was thinking about lite n easy because they say you can lose 6kg a month if u do lots of exercise and stick to the meals. OH and i do exercise at the minimum, 5 days a week, but usually the full 7. i run for 30min EVERYDAY, but on bad weeks i might miss one day. also after the run i ALWAYS go to the gym and do 3x15 sit-ups, 3x20 crunches, planks, wall-sits, bike, and dumbbells. PLEASE HELP! thanks for all answers
oh and btw, if all ur gonna say is something sarcastic like "aint gonna happen", don't bother answering at all. I'm looking for SOLUTIONS. not other reasons that i won't lose the weight.

  1. Matt - you can lose it faster than 6 months
    my friend lost 60kg in 3 months
    u need stop eat chocolate ice cream and stuff like that
    now this one hard but it's what make him lose it fast he was walking 5 hours every day ( 5h walk with out stooping ) u cant walk 1 h then relax u need walk it 5 with out stooping
    if u cant walk that much walk what u can but the months will be more

  3. Maya ♥ - Hi ya, I know you may feel overweight but you're not. If you weighed 47kg and your height you'd look tiny and very unhealthy.You want to be fit and healthy not skinny fat, right? I think 53-58 kg would be a better goal for you! I have a close friend who is 68kg and 5'8" but looks 55kg maximum. Why? Because her body fat percentage is 17% which is low for a 16 year old. She has lots of muscle and muscle takes up less space then fat. So you may be at a good weight but have a high fat percenatage so you look a little bit big but you're not. Try to do lots of strength training exercises.

    Creating a tumblr weight loss blog may help a you'll see loads of other teenage girls who've lost weight and are healthy.

    Try to jog and run for 30 minutes if that's possible so. So like 1 minute run 2 minute jog sorta thing. Do burpees, moutain clilmbers and froggers they kill!!!

    Drink more water
    Eat more fiber and protein
    Be motivated and do not give up easily - you can do this!!!
    Tell your family/friends about your weight loss plans
    Eat loads of veg
    Be patient

    I know healthy ways to lose weight do take longer then a crash diet but you're body is not created to be a fat burning machine it needs to develop. try to eat 1400 calories a day as you're still growing.
    The heavier you weigh the more calories you burn so if you can wear a backpack with heavy stuff while running that's better or it you hold have those ankle weights.
