What are some steps i could do to lose fat without building muscle?? simple exercises or foods would be best cause im lazy >.< haha thanks! and no spam! <3
I - if u do not want to get less lazy as u already r then nothing will work. u can starve and do cardio, but u will lose all small muscles u already have but will keep fat and will look ugly. go workout, eat less, less junk more fruits and salads, grilled chicken. and u have to hit the gym. without building muscle u can not loose fat. u have to get out and just do it buddy
Wild Cat - There is no shortcut to lose weight, if u are lazy u cant, im lazy too... ha ha. but i workout 5 days a week and eat in moderation i have already lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks. we lose weight when we have a calorie deficit. so to lose one pound you have to either burn 3500 calories a week or cut down from ur meals. this is what you can do burn 250 calories a day and cut down 250 calories from your diet. you will have 3500 calorie deficit in a week and you will lose1 pound in a week.good start for lazy people like us :) all the best
Rodzor - don't worry about building muscle, you'll only build muscle if you TRY. people seem to think once they workout they'll magically get bulky haha. it takes HARD work. so go for a run.
