I am 16 I weigh 170 and I'm 5'3. My biggest trouble areas are my arms and stomach. How do I get skinnier arms and a flatter tighter stomach in say 2-3 months. I'd like to she'd 40-50 pounds. I have something important coming up. Thank you.
Adele - i'd recomend diets that only allow you to eat... foods under 30% calories in fat and only eat 1000 calories (or less) over all per day
as for exercise i'd recomend at LEAST one of these per day running-1 hour a day yoga-1&1/2hour a day go to the gym and work on tummy-1/2hour to an hour go to the gym and work on legs and thighs- 1/2 hour to an hour
it also helps to walk to most places rather than driving or public transport
Jas C. - First, I would not recommend only consuming 1000 calories per day. Restriction like that is unhealthy and will damage your body. It will most likely backfire and in the long run could lead to weight gain and health problems.
To answer your question, it is difficult to target specific areas for weight loss and losing 40-50 lbs in 2-3 months is extreme. It is a good idea to focus on losing inches rather than pounds. Muscle weighs more than fat. I believe that if you start changing some of your eating habits and start moving more you will be happy with the changes that can happen in 2-3 months. Mac Cody - I always tell people who want to lose weight to go on a healthy cleanse. After this just get exercise and eat healthy!
ReplyDeleteGood luck!
