Eat a diet high in fiber, lean protein, complex carbohydrates, and fresh fruits and vegetables. an low fat dairy. This will give your body all it needs. At half the price and twice the benefits. John W - Probably won't do anything for you. They don't have to prove that the supplements even work to call them supplements so most don't.
