Can I Take Meal Supplements By Themselves?

396545384 i want to get a real lean body and i believe that maybe if i consume meal supplements i won't get all the extra fat i get with food is this true?

    Our bodies are designed to eat a complete diet of chewed food. Not liquefied and concentrated supplements.
    Eat a diet high in fiber, lean protein, complex carbohydrates, and fresh fruits and vegetables. an low fat dairy.
    This will give your body all it needs. At half the price and twice the benefits.

  2. John W - Probably won't do anything for you. They don't have to prove that the supplements even work to call them supplements so most don't.

    Count calories or carbs like everyone else to lose weight.
