I am pretty sure I have developed some sort of allergy to a lot of the foods that I have eaten all of my life. It seems that I have become intolerant to gluten, certain dairy products, and soy. Anyways, today I consumed gluten free, dairy free cookies and had a reaction right away. I wasn't sure what had caused it until I read the label. It contained soy and I did not know that before consuming it. My question is, What are some good foods to put into my body as I continue my day? With the reaction I have had severe diarrhea and I'm not sure if eating is a good idea or not? Any info would help out!

but check there ingredients because not everything is gluten free there
Kristen - Do not eat something if it is giving you severe diarrhea.
ReplyDeleteI'd also opt to go in for some allergy testing, as you may have other intolerances/allergies that you're not noticing. And also ask for a test for celiac and chron's disease the next time you're at the doctor's, because if you just simply 'self diagnose' you'll be more tempted to cheat.
