I recently noticed a lump on the back of my neck? It's weird because at first I thought it might be a spider bite or something but then I noticed, it is painless and doesn't itch at all. In fact if I press down on it it only hurts a little.It's almost the size of a 5 cent coin. I am worried and I am not sure if it's to do with the weather here but I live in Western Australia and I was sweating so much at night time.
I read somewhere that this could be a sign of cancer? If it is, is it too late?
Also I live in a small town where there are only two doctors (They get new doctors every few weeks, so we can never see the same doctor), and there are no hospitals here...
What do I do? Is there ANY other explaniation to this lump on my neck? :S
Tarkarri - Could be anything from a pimple, small cyst, ingrown hair, infected sweat gland, swollen lymph node, etc.
