i am 16 and and i have the dark spots that u get from acne on my face and some scratches on my hand,and it takes about 6-8 monthes for a spot or scratch to heal why is that.i don't have diabetes.what do u think i should do

enoctis - Sounds like a vitamin E deficiency. Try getting some lotion enriched with vitamin E, and use it twice daily. It takes a bit of time for vitamin E to get absorbed, so you may not see results for a month or two, but the stuff is great.
ReplyDeleteJason Smith - You should drink lots of water that is essential for healthy skin. Eating healthy foods and regular exercise would also be a good idea to ensure that you'd get a nice glow to your skin. Vitamin E supplements would be helpful as well.
