How To Get Skinny But Healthy?

396545382 I dont wanna die or anything, but I NEED and HAVE to be skinny. As skinny as the olsen twins, as skinny as bella swan. How?
Working out will make me muscular, i dont want that either/

  2. Lexxie Smile :] - honestly, eat less calories than you burn. i know it's hard to control what you eat, believe me, but it's worth it. :]

    go to that website and see how many calories you burn by just living (no exercise or anything), eat 500 less a day to lose a pound a week. if you do exercise you can eat more.

  4. Barnbum07 - Well to be as skinny as the above listed celebrities, you have to have a frame like them, not saying you don't, but also keeping reality in mind here. You also have to be anorexic and do drugs and be depressed (Like Bella)....

    Working out will help you lose weight. You can still lose weight and TONE your body without BULKING up like a body builder - you do more reps, rather than lifting/pushing/pulling the heaviest things possible... walking/jogging/swimming, great for toning and not getting "RIPPED" but great for overall weight loss - and EATING CLEAN AND HEALTHY - meaning, OMG more fresh foods like veggies, fruits and WHOLE GRAINS (NOT processed foods). Try reading the book "Skinny Bitch" - it's funny and gives you some great dieting insight - but remember to take everything with a grain of salt as everybody is different. Hope this helps. (Sorry, my sense of humor had to kick in with the celebrities...lol)

Ricki - working out wont make you muscular, lifting weights will. you have to first find how many calories you need to eat to maintain your current weight and then minus that number by 500-1000 calories. minusing 500 will prolly put you somewhere around losing half a pound to one pound a week, and minusing 1000 will put you around losing one to two pounds a week. If you take off more than 1000 youre not going to lose weight fast, itll take a long time. take this advice from a recovering anorexic. it takes forever. if you want to crash diet/lose weight RIGHT NOW id minus about 700 calories. Dont not work out, the restrictive calories will mean nothing if you dont. AT LEAST jog half a mile a day. helps a lot in burning fat off you. Also food journal. write calories, fat grams and carbs.
