  1. ღ Mazzy wishes ღ - I'm not a big believer when it comes to gimmicky detox diets Striney... plenty of exercise, healthy eating and drinking plenty of water would be my suggestion...
AND...cucumbers will of course help to eliminate the crankometre from reaching high levels, as well as aiding and assisting with any built up tension which may arise!! :P

  2. Jelloise - I almost entirely agree with the, er, fapper above me.

You might also want to cut off caffeine for a while; it does elevate the nervous system a bit.

  3. el domingo got suspended for no - Try the El Domingo Detox diet. You simply drink loads of G&T. I've been doing it for years, and am usually cheerful.

  4. livn4themin - eh - diets don't work worth a holyshit -
change your eating habits for life honey! Cabbage, broccoli - any of the gassy vege';s are going to clean you out. Don't eat a lot of red meat, easy on the vinegar to the veins and you'll live to be 100!

  5. Terri Jo Lorz - When I detox - I eat whole organic fruits and veggies for three days and then add whole grains and seasonings - absolutely no salt, no sugar, no added fat other than avocado. I do that for an additional two days and then add beans, nuts, healthy oils and seeds for an additional three days. Drink lots of green and red tea. Terri Jo Lorz

  6. LibertyX - Eat plain rye bread & water for a week. You will be cranky a hell and I dunno how well you'l be detoxed but you'll also be much more alert and aware of your connection to whatever higher power you believe in. And hungry, you will be hungry like a futhermucker.

  7. Dr. House ripped off an Xmas stinker. - Don't take drugs for two or three weeks. Or booze either. That'll give your liver a chance to recover from the beating you've given it.
