Cowpat - Yes, if it needed the orthodontist will refer you the hospital and the first out patients appointment ans xrays will be done within eighteen weeks (Government targets) and then you go on a waiting list for the surgery and eventually it is all done under the NHS service.
Free, nothing to pay, just be pleased the resource is there and do not waste the opportunity.
If not, any idea how much it would cost?
