How Can I Lose Weight Very Fast?

    try to exercise as much as you can and try to watch what you eat

  2. Bridget O. - There's no way to SAFELY loose weight really fast :T
    I'd say just start exercising and eating right, cut down your portions. If you have trouble, ask your parent(s) to take you to the doctor and they'll help you figure out a plan. You won't be able to lose the weight if you're not focused and determined, though.

    Start off with saying bye bye to all the junk food, candy, fastfood , etc.u can still drink diet soda which has 0 calories.Include protein in your diet like eggs, low fat cheese, tuna, turkey,chocolate protein bars , etc.Walk like 30 minutes once/twice a day.Go to an online calculator and calculate how much u need calories a day and cut 500 calories from the number u get.Keep going on it til u stop getting results then cut more 200 calories from your diet.Don't go under 800 calories a day or u will get on the starvation mode and gain all the weight back.Drink a lot of water.Stay motivated.eat negative calorie food , it takes the body more calories to digest it that the calories the body get from it.Google it " Negative Calorie Food List" ....Eat small portions through out the day.Like always eat at almost the same time everyday so your metabolism can increase .That's all I can think of now...Good luck xD.
