How Can I Lose My Stomach And Chest Fat?

396545382 I'm not a big guy (24 5'10" 175-80lbs), but I have a lot of stomach fat that hangs out a couple inches past my waist and manboobs is like to get rid of. I am member of a gym that I can run on treadmills and machines to lift and ill run outside when it gets warmer (i live in Chicago). I'd like to lose some of it before April when I leave to Florida for spring break so i got time to adjust and keep at it. I'll start this in a couple weeks in December when I have.more time to commit. So, to my.question what's a good diet and work out routine that I can work on for four months to get in shape? Tips, advice, and websites are helpful.
