whats the best whitening toothpaste or strips you've used. my teeth are not severely yellow just slightly i just want the yellow off and a whiter smile
THE BEST - Definetly Crest 3D white. I think its Crest? Lol. I've tried every other one , including the new optic white but nothing works as good as the 3D white.
yup - Over the counter options like crest white strips do a great job but take multiple applications. If you want instant results, then try in-office options like zoom whitening. The only draw back is that the more concentrated the whitening, the more sensitive it will make your teeth. I would try white strips first and if you aren't happy with the results, see your dentist.
