Empire of the Sun - I find slow deep breaths help me. I suffer from anxiety and panic attacks so when I am having an attack I breath in for 5 seconds, hold for 5 seconds, breath out for 5 seconds and hold again for 5 seconds. It works within 5 minutes for me. While your a doing this breathing technique think of a peaceful such as your favourite holiday spot or a nice memory etc.
