  2. The Boss - Smoking weakens the blood vessels, when those blood vessels get a weak enough spot on them they burst which is an aneurysm...

  3. In Science we trust - It damages your blood vessels (arteries). The weak spot can expand or bulge which is an aneurysm. If it ruptures, that can cause a stroke. There is a tremendous amount of research on this topic. A few links that show/talk about some of it...
