  3. mistery - It could be ais (athletically induced asthsma) which you just need an inhaler OR just anxiety. Which can give u same feeling.

  4. Just Some Blonde Chick - Calm down. It sounds like you're a hypochondriac. Don't feel bad, I heard that over %87 of the population is, but won't admit it.

This could be very important. I need you to hold your left hand out flat, palm down. If it's shaking then you could have disambiguation, it's very important that you know about this. So, go ahead and check your hand.

Was it shaking? If it was NOT shaking, then what's going on, is that you're dehydrated, you need to drink lot's of fluids. You're heart really can be affected be dehydration, so can your brain, which controls the nervous system.
I had this happen last summer, I was working way too much, and I thought I was fine, but I started getting short of breath and my heart kind of fluttered, I started feeling pains all over my body, starting in my back and then my stomach. Then it went to my legs, I couldn't even walk, my legs felt like jello, and I was having really sharp pains in my back and stomach. I finally went to the doctor, they but me in a bed, stuck an IV in my arm and started pumping me with fluids. My doctor told me I could have avoided all of that if I had just drank so water of gatorade the day before. After I left the hospital I was given strict instructions to drink 6 fluids ounces every hour.

Now, if you hand was indeed shaking, bad news, you do have disambiguation, good news, that's a fancy word for Paranoia. Go back and read the last paragraph again, follow the instructions, you'll be fine in a day or two.

You're going to be fine hun, just keep a level head on your shoulders. :)
