Van Bo - 100 - 115 pounds seems to be the mean. Just lose 10 pounds if you want, it isn't toally necessary yet, as you will grow taller. Don't eat fats and sugar. exercise 5 - 7 times or more weekly.
Layla - I'm not too sure about your age but I believe your weight is perfectly fine for being 5'1. And despite what people always say, it is best NOT to go on a diet especially at your age. You are still so young and your weight is constantly going to be changing. If you are self conscious which I admit I do feel that way sometimes then do some cardio work outs here and there such as running or even walking to school works too. Other than that, you are fine the way you are. ^_____^
