  2. Morningfox - Nothing bad will happen to me. Do you think that pain is good? How about rotting gums and jaws?

A wisdom tooth often will grow at the wrong angle. This makes it impossible to clean, so bacteria can cause infection of the mouth around the tooth. The result is pain, and unpleasant odor. Also, the infection can spread to the other teeth. It is possible that this can lead to bone loss. If the infection gets into your blood stream, the consequences can be major, even death.

  4. The Motherfukker - It depends on how crowded your teeth are. Some people don't require them to be removed. If your teeth are crowded though, you will need to get them pulled to avoid your wisdom teeth pushing on the other teeth and making them crooked.

  5. Isamar - It all depends your dentist should be able to give you a straight answer but, if your wisdom teeth are coming in perfectly straight and your mouth is big enough to fit those extra teeth in (which happens alot with men) there is a possibility you will not have to remove them. If you have had braces and you do not want your teeth to move again I would recommend getting them taken out. Also some people are lucky enough that there wisdom teeth never come in at all and they have never had to mess with them. Your wisdom teeth should come in before you're 21.

    Hope this helped

  6. MaryB - Nothing bad ever happened to me, and I've had mine for twenty years. It's just a scam that all dentists participate in to make some extra money.
