blonde.paigerox - I'd recommend gum and hard candy. Often times, your mouth is just bored, and giving it flavor and something to suck or chew on gives you a low calorie alternative. Also, drinking green tea is a great way to quell the not really hungry hunger. I don't know how to stop wanting food, that's something I'm working on as well, but these are ways that I've found to distract myself.
