
Im almost 13 and all my friends are wearing bikinis this summer and im the only one who wears one pieces and a rashy because im so self conscious just about my stomach. Its really bulgy and from the front (looking in a mirror) it looks OK but from the side igt really sticks out and if i try to gently suck it in (which i can do without knowing pretty much) it sort of gets kinda wrinkly so im trying to get in shape so i can start feeling confident in wearing bikinis and cropped tops without a singlet underneath which gets really hot btw.
and no answers saying 'your too young' or 'just feel good about who you are' pls
and btw im shorter than average :) so please just some good exercises and foods to eat and how many calories, carbs etc things that are specific like that
Cammie - Me 2! Try doing 100crunches and pushups everyday. Running or swimming will get you in shape too
ReplyDeleteSamantha - Omg. Just like me. Exactly like me. Buuut I got a bike and I put it on the lowest speed and pedel around my street 20 times. And I'm eating better. Hope it helps. Don't give up. ( :

and try go to the gym, (we are to young to go by ourselves but you can go with your parents etc..)
eat portion size NOT large size.
Good Foods/Meals Are-
Salad's
Fruits
Small Steak etc.. (you need protein)
avocado
watermelon
vegetables

Try having a lot of water each day as well (:
Please Don't Starve Yourself either!!
It might take a couple of weeks but it's worth it (:

Samantha - push ups, crunches, sit up, running/walking, maybe try walk 2 mins then run 1 min and repeat, eat healthy and drink a glass of water before you eat so ur less hungry, oh and drink cold water so that your body is burning calories to make it ur body temp, please check out my question and answer it, goodluck

In my opinion its better than p90x and doesn't stand more on exercise like p90x does and focuses more on diet since diet is 70% of weight loss. Go to http://boyels.com for more information on it and watch their video to see if it could be of use to you. I can't say I lost xxx pounds but it did help me trim the 25 pounds on my stomach revealing my abs. Also just because it says Truth About Abs does not mean it only works on stomach. They tell you it’s impossible to lose weight in just one area and spot reduction which is exactly that is a myth and you must lose weight all over your body to lose weight off your stomach. They don't offer magic pills or some new science research. What they offer is information that has been around for centuries. It's also not a (lose all your weight in one week (unless you only need to lose 5 pounds or so. All they offer is a guaranteed way to lose weight and to lose it fast if you have the determination to follow through their diet and exercise routine.
