Hey all. These past 6 months I've been experiencing an odd set of symptoms: terrible headache, neck ache, nausea, body aches, fatigue. I experience them most mornings and sometimes I get so nauseous during a meal I can't finish it. In short, I feel like I'm hungover despite not having been drinking alcohol. I drink plenty of water, eat healthy and get enough sleep. When I was younger a kinesiologist told me I may have a sensitivity to dairy products, but I never looked into it. Is it possible that I'm having a reaction to casein or lactose possibly? I've never had symptoms like this before and it's been going on so long I'm getting discouraged. Has anyone had a similar experience?

Adit - If you have allergies, that means your body has a lot of histamines.
ReplyDeleteTake vitamin C dietary supplement daily 2000mg for a start because vitamin C is anti histamine. Later you can reduce to 1000mg daily.
Please try and dont stop. Regardless of anything, every adult needs at least 1000mg of vitamin C daily.
No harm trying! Excess vitamin C will exit the body through urine.
Good luck!
Adele - Have you ever consult a doctor with your problem?
ReplyDeleteI find the best way to settle my anxiety nausea is to close my eyes and focus on my breathing. When you shut your eyes, you are eliminating external movement that may add to the existing feeling of sickness. When you focus on your breathing, you take your mind off of the nausea (and the thing that freaked you out in the first place). Most of the time it works for me, and you may even find yourself more relaxed afterwards.
