Pea Sized Lump On Right Vaginal Lip?

396545116 I just noticed a spot on my vaginal lip on the right side

its no larger than a pea
its not sore to touch
it feels really hard
it feels like its something under the sick and looks like a spot but feels more like a lump, if that makes sense.
its red but not really red as in stands out to you
its difficult to look for, if i didn't feel it, I wouldn't to about it because there is no pain and you cant really see it.
i'm 16 years old and is a virgin, haven't had any form of sex, oral etc.
i've had cervical injections , to help prevent cervical cancer

What should I do?

If it stays for a long amount of time, it may be a cyst and you should get it checked out, but I wouldn't worry... It really just sounds like a pimple.

  3. Cancer Research UK - It is not really possible for anyone to give you a reliable diagnosis via the internet. But I don’t think you need to be overly concerned as cancer is practically unheard of in someone of your age.

The symptom you mention is much more likely to be caused by ordinary everyday problems that teenagers may get from time to time. This can often be related to puberty or hormonal changes.

But it’s always best to get checked out by your doctor. I know it can be embarrassing to talk about this kind of stuff but it’s always best to get things checked out. GP’s are used to dealing with all sorts of problems and will really understand. Plus you can ask to see a female GP if you like.

It can also help to talk to your parents or someone you are close to when you are worried about your health.
