Last night I started getting a weird feeling in my throat and I woke up with it even worse today. It feels swollen or almost like its closing up. I don't know how to explain it. Last night I started getting a weird feeling in my throat and I woke up with it even worse today. It feels swollen or almost like its closing up. I don't know how to explain it. I feel a little pain and some mucus in my throat when I swallow. I just got over a head cold and a double ear infection a few weeks ago. Help?

Truth Angel - It doesn't sound like you are completely over your cold/ear infection. Go see your family doc for throat culture if it continues to bother you. It's very hard to diagnose over internet. Seeing a patient in person is most useful.
