I work out all the time. but it seems like there is some fat around the stomach area I can't seem to get rid of. anybody know any good workouts that will take it away?
Sm - Dude, i have the same problem! Im skinny everywhere but my lower tummy. Except i started doing cardio , then just got tired of it too fast to see results. Are you doing cardio? :P I know that will help, but all-over. :)
cutie_piwi - The fat around the stomach is one of the hardest part to burn. We all have abs its just so happened that a layer of fat covers the muscles in our stomach hiding the abdominal muscles. It is said that our abs train in the kitchen. it depends upon the food we eat that makes it harder to burn that layer of fat. Try to change it and eat more protein.
