Aminah - They use this weird stick thing - I didn't really know what was happening, but it was totally painless :D There was no feeling at all. If there is glue they will scratch it off. Again, painless. I think they do another mould so you can see the difference. That's all! Good luck.
CJ - They break off the brackets on each tooth, there is glue keeping the two together. It feels like something is being broken off of your tooth, it's exactly what it is. Could be a little painful. They allow you to brush your teeth like crazy during the process, I had some blood, but that's normal. As for the molds and photos, they just take pictures of your old teeth and then your new teeth. I got to keep mine. And the molds were uncomfortable for me, but I have a tiny mouth. They put gel in a plastic mold case and stick it on your teeth for a minute each. It hardens around your teeth, producing a mold! I drooled a bunch during that process!
