Breakfast- Yogurt and Orange Juice or an Egg white
Lunch-Caesar Salad, grapes and water
Dinner-Whatever my Mom makes (usually healthy)
FITNESS:
Monday-Walking/Running
Tuesday-Walking/Running
Wednesday-Yoga Class
Thursday-Aerobics
Friday-Crunches or some kinds of toning workout (suggestions?)
Saturday-Go to the gym
Sunday-Break
Any things you would change? Suggestions or ideas? How can Ibstay motivated and not give up?
John - Your schedule looks pretty good but I would change your Friday plan. Sit ups and crunches don't do much for your abs. You have to try other great exercises like jack-knife which really targets your abs.
