Im looking for outside info before I go.
I cracked one of my molors a year or two ago. I would have some pain if I would chew alot on that side of my tooth but not to bad. Then I had a cold that was severe. It caused Bell's Palsy on the opposite side of my face as the cracked molor. This caused me to have to chew on the other side of my mouth as I usually do.
For two weeks my tooth hurt so bad that I couldnt get more than an hour of sleep.
I tried Orajel and asprin to lighten the pain. (also my ear hurt very bad)
today I woke up and the tooth no longer throbbed, But now it is extremely sensative(Not hurting but wierd tingling pain and pressure thoughout that side of my face; eye, ear, cheek, temperay headache, All only while the thooth is touched. one nothing is touching it again, everything stops again.
This is making very hard to eat, drink, and talk.
My question is what exactly is causing these issues and what would a dentist do to solve all problems.
Thanks(sorry I know its poorly written)
katie - Please go to a dentist.... Very soon.
ReplyDelete;D - It sounds like something with the Nerve of your tooth.
ReplyDeleteYou may need to get the tooth pulled- or get a **minor** oral surgery.
Just call your Dentist and see when they can take you(:
Good Luck!
Me Too - The nerve may be exposed or you may even have the start of an infection.
ReplyDeleteYour primary choices are pull the tooth out, have someone else pull it out for you, or see the dentist ASAP. I highly recommend the latter.
