The problem here is that you call it "black spots". In the field of dermatology, there are dozens of skin conditions with overlapping symptoms as general as "black spots are on our skin". The point is that any response you obtain here is either spam or guesswork and nothing definitive (which is what you actually want).

If you are referring black spots to hyperpigmentation, then inflammation, sun exposure, and hormone can led to it.
If you referring black spots to blackheads, then a clog pore that is oxidized by air leads to a blackhead.
