
I am 5 foot 6, and weigh 133. I'm not really petite, I've got a kind of solid build. (I'm a girl by the way). I eat about 1,500 calories a day, and i go on my elliptical for a half hour to an hour at least 3 days during the week days. And I go running for about 3.5 miles on the saturday and sunday. I have lost a few pounds but nothing else. I would like to eventually get to 115. Why isn't what I'm doing working?
ez80227 - 'going on the eliptical' doesnt really mean anything if you dont achieve cardio rates,double heart rate for that time.

Ello - If you repeat the same cycle everyday, your body will become immune to the routine. Change it up a bit. Try altering your diet or exercise routine.
ReplyDeleteAlso each person is different. You're at a healthy weight right now. But 115 might be unreasonable due to your height.
