Why Are My Eyes So Watery?

My eyes water all the time. And my checks on my face get really red when they water too, sometimes. When I laugh, my checks get red and my eyes water. When I get really, really, really angry, they do the same thing. I know they're not dry, because they don't water that often. My friends even think that I cry sometimes because my eyes have water in them. I just tell them that's the way they are, but they don't believe me. What do I tell them to believe me? What are wrong with my eyes? Will they stay like this forever?
No, I don't have any allergies. My mouth is not itchy. The only time when I get allergies is in the spring or summer time with all the pollen and stuff.
