
So over the summer I worked really hard on my core by doing sit ups, leg lifts, and russian twists. I got some really good abs going (A 6 pack on good days). Anyway, I really slowed down on working out when fall/winter came around, and now my abs are pretty much gone! It really sucks. I'm a really skinny guy! What can I do to get them back as quickly as possible? Any diet/exercise/anything
tips would be great! Thanks!
RON P. - Obviously just do what you did to get them in the first place last summer.
ReplyDeleteAndrew - Put your legs straight out and like bend your backbone and make your hands touch the knecap they burn after like 20 and they work good.

ReplyDeleteTankstar - The little angle on my shoulder told me to tell you this... high protein, low carbs, and cardio. it's hard to do because carbs give you the energy you need for cardio. But if you wanna do it quick, that's the best way. Diet is clutch. No sugars, no junk food or fatty food. Working out is also important because it speeds up the process and tones the muscles, as well as keeping you fit and healthy. In your case I guess it would be mostly sit ups and other types of ab work outs.
ReplyDeleteThe devil on my shoulder told me to tell you this... Certain drugs can reduce your appetite and make your food intake drop to almost nothing, causing you to shred fat fast. This allows you to live on nothing but water/juice/broth (essentially any liquid diet) and maybe a tiny bit of fiber from a vegetable here and there. The key here is the drug that causes appetite loss, which makes resisting those tempting foods much easier since, well, you just won't get hungry. But this diet style is very unhealthy and causes other problems, so only use it for short periods of time, like if you need to lose weight in a few days to fit into those sexy jeans for a party. (Yes, guys can have that problem too, been there done that.) As far as which drugs to use?
