Treatment For Diabetes, A Drug Prescribed To A Patient Called Metformin Is Prescribed But (see Below)?

396545384 Has nasty Side effects, Nausea, Vomiting, Diarrhea.
Is There a Drug that can be prescribed that has the same effect (Benefit) for the Patient but WITHOUT those side effects?

    mountain climber - I take Metformin, have no side effects....most every drug as some side effects..

    micksmixxx - Yes, Metformin Extended Release. Seriously, ask your doctor about it.
