Tips For Not Being Sore After Working Out?

396545382 I worked out for the 1st time today and i was told i will be very sore. im just wondering if you have any tips so im not hurting the next day so i can work out more frequently.

  1. Baaba - Eat a banana tonight and in the morning it has a lot of potassium that helps,and keep working out frequently so u get used to it,i tried this

  2. Liya Cassidy - first off, the MORE you work out the better it will get as you get limber and stronger and more used to it. To HELP with the pain for now try this:
    #1. stretch BEFORE you work out
    #2. Even more important stretch AFTER you work out
    #3. start SLOW don't do too many reps or whatever it is you're doing. work your way UP over time

  3. Rose - i found that out the hard way -- stay hydrated. i take Potassium & magnesium Aspartate 250 (any nutrition store) to prevent muscle cramps.
