Im 15 And Im Thinking I Have Diabities..?

396545384 i workout for approx- 1hr this is what i do-
1) benchpress -150 lbs for 8 reps and 3 sets
2)shoulder pess-130- 12 reps and 3 sets
3)dip my bodyweight i.e 170 lbs -15 reps and 3 sets
4)tricep extension-80 lbs- 10 reps 2 sets
4)delt raise- 30 lbs for 15 reps 3 sets..

i still have some energy after doing the workout. any chances of me having the type 1?

  2. batuelephant - you can't judge by all these "indicators" that you've mentioned. Go check for the glucose level in the clinic which is absolute confirmatory.

  3. Nana Lamb - I highly doubt you have type 1, because you list no symptoms of diabetes! You only list your exercise routine. By the way! I wish I could do as well!

    You must make an appointment with a doctor for blood draw panels to see if you have any diseases, and not just diabetes, which with your exercise routine would more likely be type 2.

  4. John W - Why would you have type 1 diabetes? Because you exercise? Maybe when you have uncontrollable thirst and urination then you should be worried. But what does exercise have to do with having diabetes? Isn't that like asking calculate the mass of the Earth from the color yellow.
