I don't want to hear protein shakes and protein powders! is there an amount of food I should eat? And also, does working out hepl me gain weight (For my age and weight?) How To Gain Weight For My Height And Age And Gender?

ReplyDeleteAlex - I guess you can work out a lot. Muscles are heavier than fat.
ReplyDeleteJames - 50 pounds in 3 months is probably not possible and its definitely not healthy. However aim for an intake of 2500-3000 calories per day. Higher carbs\protein diet will help. Lifting weights is fine for your age and weight and it does help but keep in mind its hard to obtain lean muscle mass. So if you gain 1-2 pounds of muscle in a month, you should be ecstatic.
