so I weighed myself earlier this morning. the scale said 176 point something or other.
that was like 2 hours ago. I have not eaten or drank anything since then, not even water. I'm wearing the same clothes, I haven't worked out or anything.
Zachary - It depends, muscle weighs two times more than fat and it can also be your scale and what surface you weighed yourself on. I weigh different amounts on different surfaces. And many electronic scales need to be synchronize correctly
If you had a really bad day food-wise, put on extra clothes, etc., you MIGHT fluctuate 10lbs. MAYBE. anything over that and I'd be really suspicious. I don't think there's any way you actually fluctuated 16lbs.
Jazzy - I think your scale is broken. Nobody fluctuates that much weight in one day
ReplyDeleteMatt Abel - about 5 pounds if you arent purposely trying to gain or lose weight. and thatd be unnatural too. your scale is broken.

ReplyDeleteMark S - Maybe you should choose a different career than Competitive Eating contestant.
ReplyDeleteEither that, or your scale is broken.
Becca - Most likely a broken scale.
