
I've started a diet to loose about a stone i've wrote myself out healthy meals i can eat and i go out walking everyday. But i'm struggling when it comes to snacking i can't get my mind off the food and end up giving in. Please someone
help with advice. Only serious advice!

ReplyDeletewhat i do is, i eat around 1000-1200 calories during the day and i save around 300 calories for desert!
a 300 calorie desert could be a slice of cheesecake, ice cream, chocolate, patato chips and mcdonalds sundae!
