How Can I Get Rid Of The Layer Of Fat Covering My Abs?

396545382 I'm 18yrs, male, 5'9 and 70kg I exercise regularly I can feel that my abs are fit I just can't get rid of that annoying layer of fat, I was wondering if it has anything to do with the amount of food I eat, I don't think I eat too much, any advise on how to get rid of it would be greatly appreciated :-)

  2. Jeff Polander - The only thing you can do to get your abs to the surface is to lower your overall body fat percentage. The level that you need to be at is different in any given person, some people can have their abs show at one percentage but another may not at that same percentage.

Just make sure to continue burning fat with cardio and combining that with strength training. Overall weight loss will help with your stomach thinning out, and showing the abs underneath.
