  1. Mender - im 14 and i have been told that I'm ripped. i don't do any working out, it just comes naturally. once you hit 15 you will start to develop muscle. don't worry about it.

  2. Erin - Eat a ton of healthy foods ( fruits vegatbles meats, etc.) No cake or doughnuts or ice cream. And workout A LOT (Weights, Pushups, Situps, etc.)!

  3. NESACreativeWriter - Well they're obviously not going to appear overnight, and it's not that hard to realize that you'll have to put effort into this. Making it your goal is great, but you need steps towards that goal. If you really want abs and biceps, you have to make yourself work for it. Go to the gym as often as possible and focus on the upper-body workouts. Lift weights, starting small and gradually getting heavier. Do a lot of sit-ups and pushups. You don't have to go crazy with all the fitness stuff, mainly the upper-body strengths such as those listed. Push-ups town your arms and sit-ups tone the abs. Also try mountain climbers and jumping jacks. Do at least and hour a day of working out for results. Don't skip too often of you won't have any results! And most of all, stretch before and after you work out to prevent torn muscles or soreness.

  4. Alistair - 30 minutes of Sit ups and press-ups a day. Or Swimming as that influences your abs especially backstroke and front crawl.
