Have I Eaten Okay So Far? ( I Am A Vegetarian )?

396545382 breakfast : 1 cup steamed veggies. 1/3 cup egg whites. 1 soy sausage patty. coffee with almond milk 2 packets of stevia and some benifiber

morning snack : 2 cuties and 15 almonds

lunch : spinach salad with tomato , diced artichoke and a home made baked veggie patty ( lintels carrots mushrooms onion and whole wheat flour ) used mustard and buffalo sauce as a dressing
green tea and some baked organic apple crisp

  3. Kitty - Ditch the soy sausage. Soy is very bad for you unless it's fermented. Meaning Natto is fine to eat but those things that are made from soy beans is not fine. It has an estrogen mimic and throw off your hormones. It can make you gain weight, develop hypothyroidism and more. The rest is fine. For dinner I suggest you eat 1/2 cup of beans, 1/2 cup of rice and some veggies. I love black beans mixed with rice sauteed in some olive oil, rosemary, garlic and oregano.

  4. DYING TO BE SKINNY - looks healthy to mee!!

    i dont know what your going to have for dinner/other snacks (if there are any) but try to incorperate a glass of milk in there for calcium (especially if your a woman! a woman needs at LEAST 3 servings of calcium a day, for her ""cycle) and for protein.

    good job though :)

  5. unknown - sounds like a very well diet for a vegetarian! make sure to double up on fruits and veggies because your not consuming any protein's from meat.
