Going on HCG x-30 the day after Christmas. I'm 16 turning 17 years old. Im a male. i am 6 feet, and weight 252 lbs. When i do this after a month how much weight do you think i would have lost, by only eating 500 calories taking the drops, and gym 4 times a week, all cardio. thanks
A - There is not any efficacy to the HCG diet. The reason that it works for so many people is that you are only eating 500 calories; of course you will lose weight with this type of diet. The HCG has nothing to do with it. Don't take my work for it, though. Go to google scholar and look up research papers on HCG for use in diets, what you find may astound you and save you some wasted money. If you eat healthy foods and exercise 4 times a week you will definitely be on track to lose weight. Remember, though, muscle weighs more than fat so if you find you've gained some weight after exercising it just means that you've increased your muscle mass and muscle burns fat so it's a win/win...
ReplyDeleteJohn - To purchase HCG diet drops go to www.officialhcgstore.com
ReplyDeleteThey by far sell the best HCG drops you can find online. I tried other sites that sell HCG and well I got ripped off! This site is actually genuine, trustworthy and has a lot of good reviews.
EddySays - The U.S. Food and Drug Administration and the Federal Trade Commission issued seven warning letters on Tuesday December 6, 2011 to companies that sell the over-the-counter products, noting they have not been approved by the FDA for weight loss. The drops do not contain hcg hormone but similar synthetic peptide amino acids. This is the first step in terminating the sale of the ineffective drops.
ReplyDeleteFinally the Food and Drug Administration has taken steps to stop these possibly harmful products.
Anyone that lost weight on the diet protocol only did because they were eating 500 calories a day and in starvation mode. The drops legally cannot contain any real hcg anyway. Most conscientious pharmacies have already pulled them from the shelves and others are selling down.
The injections are still available but I have an idea the FDA will step in there too.
I know you hate to hear it but a healthy diet and exercise work every time.
