I just had a sudden chest pain on the left side that lasted for around 5 minutes.. It was just after my lunch and after i did some exercise(after quite some time), My mom insists its the cold even though its only 21 degrees Celsius outside
I'm 18 and not really that fat either, so any idea what might be causing this? Should i see a doctor?

Dylan Pointon ™ - Reflux, Asthma or Heart Burn. Chest pain is always a medical emergency till cardiac issues can be ruled out. But i would go to the doctors even though its just a one off thing.
ReplyDeleteGood luck
Dana Linda - Any chest pain shouldn't be ignored. It can be serious and it can be mild.
ReplyDeleteYou should check with your doctor as soon as possible, especially if this occurs more than once. Make sure that you remember the symptoms very well; the more detailed answers you provide, the more you help the doctor diagnose the case.
Don't take risks when it comes to your health...
Pray... GOD bless you...
Billie - If it was just a one off, then likely as not its nothing to worry about, but its when things like this re-occur then its time to see a doctor. You said it was just after your lunch plus you had also done some exercises, which could indicate that was the cause, you got a stitch in your left side. Even eating whilst sitting on the sofa and not sitting up properly when we eat, can cause indigestion.
ReplyDeleteBut like I said, if this has been happening before, even though it only lasts five minutes, you should get yourself checked out.
Hope it did not ruin your Christmas.
