Breast Cancer Questions?

this girl at my school is a 'know it all' and its really annoying. But im actually curious if what she says is really true....
she says ;

1) if i girl keeps her phone in her bra &it vibrates she will most likely get breast cancer.

[I Wanna play football in highschool so right away she said this]

2) 'eeww i dont wanna play football because even though theres the protection she can get breast cancer.'

What im asking is ; is what she saying actually true?? does these things make a higher risk for me to get cancer if i do this stuff??
