Tweek - There is no 'overnight' treatment for herpes. Make an appointment with your doctor and when diagnosed he will prescribe "acyclovir" which will prevent outbreaks. In some cases after a year of being on acyclovir the virus goes into remission. While they are close to finding a cure, there is currently no cure for Herpes.
olddog - Tomorrow morning is too soon. These cold SORES(!) pass after a few days. Yo will get them now and then for the rest of your life.Dabbing with cologne or surgical spirit can help.

Amie Mackie - I can only suggest to keep it moist. cover it in Vaseline and a bit plaster or something to keep it there.
